Horrible expereience. Drove 30 minutes from a different location only to get a rude expereience from an employee and manager when I ask about pric ematching. Could care less about my business. Never again.
What an amazing store! Super kind staff always ready to help, so many great books for people all ages. A little expensive, but great sales!
Great place. Love and miss book stores all at the same time. This location used to have a large chess set outside which was cool, but now has smaller tables.
I'm not impressed with how they handle special orders after staff says that they can order a book that I was looking for a teacher gift. It did not come in and I never received a call. I called today and there was a mess up with the order. I needed the book for the last day of the year for a teacher party on Wednesday. I could have ordered it Amazon and had it on time, but I was assured that it was going to be at the store for pick up in 3 days. I never received a call or apology from the staff member when i called in just that I would receive a discount. I cant use the book any more, so I don't need a discount. Terrible way to be like oh well, too bad your book did not come in, not my problem attitude that I received from the staff member. I will never order from here again. I will order Amazon and have shipped right to my house.
Bookstore is fine, cafe almost killed me. When I ordered a regular flavored latte, the cafe made it with soy which I am incredibly allergic to. Spent the entire car ride home in agony. Unfortunately there’s no way to rate just the cafe alone.
