I had a great experience the first time my car was detailed. Sadly, I had made a second appointment a year later and he never showed up. We even went down to the garage and no one was there. I left two phone messages and waited for an hour. No response. Not even a call back to apologize or explain. My boyfriend thought for sure he would call. It is now 10 days later. Nope
Domenic does a fantastic job, the location is difficult to find the first time and you need to call him to get him to open the garage, but he also picks up your car from your home too so location isn't an issue anymore. Very professional, very well done, I will continue to use him and refer him to others
I scheduled an appointment for 9am sharp. Had to arrange for my kids to get picked up from school. They never showed up. I will not be using them again.
I've always been satisfied with the work. Brilliant shine every time. Hard to get in at times, but really good detailing and washing.
I wanted to get my car wash and drove around for 15 minutes trying to find the place. I had to call 3 times before someone answered, then I was told that there was no time for a car wash and detailed people took precedent. Well guess I will have to give my money to a company that is concerned about customer service.
